图片 6.jpg尹惠双于华南理工大学获得食品科学与工程专业博士学位,于2024年加入GMU iCAN Lab,担任博士后研究员。她专门从事天然食物多糖基生物质的高值化研究,主要专注于智能响应凝胶的构建与药物递送的研究。目前集中在利用果蔬多糖建立适合免疫微环境的功能凝胶药物递送体系。她的研究旨在提高农副产品在临床上的转化利用,同时为自身免疫疾病治疗提供创新治疗方案。

Huishuang Yin obtained a doctoral degree in Food Science and Engineering from South China University of Technology. In 2024, she joined the GMU iCAN Lab as a postdoctoral researcher. She specializes in the high-value utilization of natural food polysaccharide-based biomass, mainly focusing on the construction of intelligent-responsive hydrogel and the research on drug delivery. Currently, she is concentrating on establishing functional gel drug delivery systems suitable for the immune microenvironment using fruit and vegetable polysaccharides. Her research aims to enhance the clinical application of agricultural byproducts and provide innovative treatment solutions for autoimmune diseases.
