Hassan Shah got his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Faculty of Pharmacy, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur in 2022. During his Ph.D., he spent 6 months as a visiting fellow at Prof. Dr. Vladimir Torchilin Lab, Center for Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Nanomedicine, Northeastern University, Boston, MA, USA. In 2024, he joined the GMU iCAN lab as a Postdoctoral Researcher. His research focuses on lipid nanoparticles for biomedical applications. Currently, his research area focuses on scavenging cell free-DNA (cfDNA) based nanomaterials for the inflammatory diseases. His work aims to improve patient’s quality of life by developing innovative approaches for effective and safe long-term therapies for various inflammatory conditions.
